Several Vancouver grocery store employees test positive for COVID-19

This weekend, several grocery stores and Shoppers Drug Mart locations around Vancouver and Metro Vancouver confirmed that employees tested positive on presumptive tests for COVID-19.

Here are the newly reported cases:

  • Real Canadian Superstore, 2332 160th Street, Surrey (Two team members tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. Employees last worked on November 18 and November 21)
  • Joti’s No Frills, 310 West Broadway, Vancouver (Employee last worked on November 23)
  • Real Canadian Superstore, 8195 120th Street, Delta (Employee last worked on November 24)
  • Real Canadian Superstore, 14650 104th Avenue, Surrey (Employee last worked on November 24)
  • Real Canadian Superstore, 3185 Grandview Highway, Vancouver (Two team members tested positive on a presumptive test for COVID-19. Employees last worked on November 19 and November 23)
  • Your Independent Grocer, 1255 Davie Street, Vancouver (Employee last worked on November 25)
  • Safeway, 1780 East Broadway, Vancouver (Employee last worked on November 19)
  • Safeway, 2101 Lahb Avenue, Vancouver (Employee last worked on November 24)

Loblaws and Sobeys regularly report cases in their stores across Canada.
