
Winter weather is in full effect in Vancouver today.
After last night’s snowfall, the freezing conditions will settle in. Although a high of -4°C and sunshine is predicted for Monday, it will feel as cold as -13°C with the wind chill, according to Environment Canada.

The City of Vancouver says it is prepared for the freezing, slippery conditions.
“Crews have been out overnight working to clear priority routes; including bike lanes and school zones,” said the city on Twitter.

Shelter spaces are also open across Vancouver for vulnerable residents.
Although Sunday’s snowfall warning has ended, more snow is in the forecast until the end of the week.
