Saturday boasted both experienced, and emerging designers. PORSCIA, Anelore Popa, and OrangOrang were just some of the designers that we had the opportunity to enjoy.

Here is a taste of what we saw:

Anelore Popa – Beautiful, glittering evening gowns grazed the runway. Anelore Popa used lots of punchy colour, and played up the contrast to create beautiful gowns. The dresses were unique, and sequined corset looked gorgeous.

PORSCIA – The designer focused on tailored pieces, with natural, earthy tones. The pieces were very creative, and feminine. The line was very figure-flattering and designed for a women that did not want to stand out solely because of the trendy pieces she wore, but rather someone that appreciated modern but classic lines. Unique textures, and creative details kept the line fresh, and the main focus remained on the waist.

OrangOrang – This line is based out of Indonesia, and focused on sustainable fashion. The line was very easy to wear, and casual. The colour palatte was earthy, with a focus on brown, brick-red, khaki, and a ocean blue. The line appeals to women who love being free, and confident.

Lori Dawn – This collection was unique, and created out of solely reused and recycled materials. There were lots of floral prints, and a focus on neutral colours. Peaches, pinks, and light blues were a common occurence. A focus on the waist created a feminine shape.
