PiDGiN x Heritage Asian Eatery Collab Dinner

- What: Heritage Asian Eatery executive chef and co-owner Felix Zhou will bring his signature modern Eastern cuisine to the kitchen at Gastown’s PiDGiN for an exclusive guest chef dinner. Zhou will work alongside PiDGiN executive chef Wesley Young to prepare a five-course family style dinner featuring an array of unique, Asian-inspired dishes such as albacore tuna with asparagus, scallion sauce and Japanese charcoal; sturgeon with curried tonkatsu broth; and roasted duck breast with Peking sauce, stuffed morels, alliums, and scallion pancake.
