BC Hydro is on scene, and the source of the power outage has not been identified.
The outage is limited to the building on West 12th Avenue. The Development and Building Services location at Cambie Street and 10th Avenue and the Crossroads building on Broadway is not impacted.
There is no access to Revenue Services, however, building permits and licensing services is still open.
A note from communications staff says it expects the lights will be back on and the building will be open for regular hours Wednesday.
