Forget Matcha or Mango: Vancouver shop serving 'Salted Cheese' bubble tea

If you’ve ever drank bubble tea and thought, “this could use more salted cheese,” then a Vancouver bubble tea business has just what you need.

With a location downtown at 1188 Robson Street, as well as a shop in Richmond, the Happy Lemon is the place to go for the unique flavour known as – you guessed it – Salted Cheese bubble tea.

Reportedly already a big flavour hit in Asia, the drink, which has been served in Vancouver for a few months now, combines a layer of cheese mixed with whipped cream, some salt, and served over tea.

So if cheese on your pizza, nachos, and sandwiches isn’t enough, now might be the time to get your full cheese fix in liquid form.
