5 Vancouver apartments listed for a major discount (PHOTOS)

Everyone loves a good deal and the real estate market is no exception. That’s why roomvu, a Canadian real estate marketing platform, has gathered some of the best apartment and townhouse deals in Vancouver for the month of November.

“These apartments are going at a discount from their original prices,” says the real estate platform. “These family homes (mainly condominiums) are conveniently located to public transport and steps to malls.”

So if you’re in the market for a home, look no further. Here are five of Vancouver’s hottest condo and townhouse deals.

5. 1810 6288 No. 3 Road: $528,000 ⬇ 11.02%

This property was previously listed at $539,000 and re-listed for $528,000, a price drop of 2.04%.
