Man arrested after triple stabbing in downtown Vancouver

Police are investigating a stabbing incident in downtown Vancouver that resulted in one arrest and three injuries.

Shortly after midnight, a fight broke out between two groups of club-goers in the area of West Hastings Street and Cambie Street.

Officers were called to the scene and found three men in their 20s suffering from stab wounds. They were rushed to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

A suspect was arrested several blocks away and detectives from the Vancouver Police Department’s Major Crime Section have taken over the investigation.
