Family, friends, and hundreds of residents are continuing their search for Trina Hunt, a Port Moody woman who’s been missing for 10 days.

The 48-year-old was last seen at her Heritage Mountain residence on Monday, January 18. She’s described as being approximately 5’4″ tall and 120 lbs and was last seen wearing a puffy black North Face jacket and magenta Cloudflyer running shoes.

Hunt left her home without her cell phone, keys, or wallet, and her family is calling the disappearance “uncharacteristic of her.”

“We are dedicated and determined to bring Trina home,” Stephanie Ibbott, one of Trina’s relatives, writes on a Facebook post. “Our focus is supporting Trina’s husband, parents, and brother through this unprecedented time.”

Family and friends recently shared a video with information on Hunt’s disappearance, as well as photos that the family feels best capture her personality.

A virtual candlelight vigil was held in her honour last Sunday, with photos shared and candles being lit remotely.

Anyone with information can contact the Port Moody Police Department at 604-461-3456.
