Brew-HaHa 2019 Festival of Beers

What: Port Coquitlam first ever craft beer festival is a fundraiser for PoCo Heritage. Enjoy beers from Taylight Brewing, Northpaw Brew, Patina Brewing, Tinhouse Brewing, and West Coast Cider. There will also be door prizes, snacks and a food truck, live entertainment and activities for the whole family.

The Price is Right Live

What: The live edition of one of North America’s longest-running game shows is coming to Vancouver and you could be their next contestant. This September, The Price is Right Live will be coming to Hard Rock Casino for several live shows. Contestants will get the chance to play games like Plinko, Cliffhangers, The Big Wheel, and the fabulous Showcase. Contestants can win cash, appliances, vacations, and possibly even a new car.

Mid-Autumn Family Day

What: Coquitlam Heritage presents Mid-Autumn Family Day, an event celebrating Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean Mid-Autumn Moon Festival traditions. Enjoy cultural food and performances, take part in crafts, listen to storytelling, and more.

Terry Fox Hometown Run

What: The Terry Fox Hometown Run is a non-competitive event where people get together as individuals, families, and groups to raise money for cancer research in Terry’s name. There are 3 km, 5 km, 7 km, and 10 km distances. Walking, running, cycling, biking, wheelchairs, and almost anything else is welcome.

Laughs & Drafts at Moody Ales

What: Mixed Nuts and Moody Ales are teaming up for comedy nights in Port Moody. The debut show on September 19 features Ed Hill, Tania Taylor, Mario Micelli, Heather Escaravage, Curtis Pyke and Justin Nichol.

Mackin House 110th Anniversary – Open House

Rob Schneider

What: Rob Schneider is famed for his work on Saturday Night Live, Grown Ups, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, and The Animal. Schneider currently stars in the Netflix docu-series Real Rob, which showcased the everyday hijinks of his life. He performs live at Hard Rock Casino on September 27.

Venosta Radio Show – Ioco Ghost Town Days Festival

What: Venosta Radio Show is a behind-the-scenes look at a 1920s radio show and how it was produced. Performed by the Expect Exceptional Theatre at the Inlet Theatre.

Port Coquitlam Farmers’ Market
