Multi-platinum Australian singer Matt Corby is coming to Vancouver this fall

Apr 26 2019, 6:10 am

Multi-platinum-selling Australian singer-songwriter Matt Corby will be performing at Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom this September.

With two ARIA Song of the Year awards under his belt for his 2011 single “Brother” and his 2013 single “Resolution”, as well as a #1 debut album, Telluric, Corby’s second full-length release is brimming with a new-found vitality and joy, a kaleidoscopic reimagining of the sound he has honed over the last ten years.

Rainbow Valley Tour

Rainbow Valley‘s first single “No Ordinary Life”, was met with critical acclaim and high-rotation on alternative radio, revealing a dreamlike, soulful sound.

Lush, multi-textured, and sparked by hints of both old soul and futuristic psychedelia, Corby describes Rainbow Valley as “joyous music”, but with the depth and perspective of someone who understands you can’t just take the good times for granted, you have to earn them.

Corby’s Rainbow Valley Tour will see him stop in major cities across North America including Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal.

Tickets for Matt Corby live in Vancouver on September 29 and 30 are available now via Ticketmaster.
