It may not have a name yet, but the renderings of the new Toptable Group steakhouse in Yaletown pretty much say a thousand words.
Replacing the now-shuttered Milestones Bar & Grill at 1109 Hamilton Street, the farm-to-table steakhouse has been under construction for several months but plans to open its doors in Fall 2018.

The 6,800-sq-ft space will have seats for 214 and bar seats for 14 along with an additional lounge, and a patio that will accommodate approximately 34 seated guests.
The “reimagined steakhouse” will feature a Rockwell Group design of a “coastal-inspired design of natural woods, and a palette of azure blues and burnished tones,” along with a menu of prime cuts of beef from around the world.
Culinary highlights to look forward to include a tartare/charcuterie bar (think beef, bison, Yellowfin tuna and vegetables to name a few) and the bar program will boast artisanal cocktails and an extensive collection of premium whiskeys, Agave spirits and Amari.
Some of the all-star team here will include Ricardo Ferreira as the Restaurant Director and Executive Chef Andrew Richardson leading the culinary team which includes Sous Chef Yvan Burkhalter (CinCin), and Alex Hon (West) and Rosalynn Vu from San Francisco’s Slanted Door.
The Wine Director will be Franco Michienzi (Hawksworth), the Bar Manager will be Katie Ingram (L’Abattoir) and the Service Manager will be Clair Hettich.
