Top Rope Birria is popping up in Vancouver this weekend
Top Rope Birria, Vancouver’s “OG” spot for Birria-style tacos, is popping up in the city this weekend.
The purveyor of crispy, cheesy, meaty, taco goodness will be at Strange Fellows Brewing on Saturday, January 9 from 4 to 7 pm and Sunday, January 10 from noon to 3 pm.

Folks that head to the 1345 Clark Drive brewery on those dates/times will find Top Rope Birria there rain or shine, and there will even be some secret menu items up for order.
Birria tacos (or Quesabirria tacos) are traditionally made from juicy, tender, and flavourful beef or goat meat and cheese.

Top Rope’s Birria tacos are beef and come with consommé for dipping and you can also opt for a cheese skirt for an additional charge, along with pickled veggies and chips and salsa.
Yeah we know, it sounds unreal.
