West End gastropub Timber announces it will be closing on March 22

Mar 11 2020, 7:41 pm

There’s been a lot of notable restaurants and bars announcing closures recently, and now we can add one West End gastropub to the list.

Timber, known as a spot for Canadian comfort food in Vancouver, will be offering its last service on March 22, 2020.

The eatery operated at its 1300 Robson Street space for five years, serving up killer burgers, good vibes, and one of our favourite Caesars.

But let’s not get too sad about this loss; the reason for the closure is a positive one, as the team behind Timber will soon be revealing a new restaurant concept.

You’ve still got some time to head to Timber, located at the corner of Robson Street and Jervis Street, and enjoy the soon-to-be shuttered concept.

Stay tuned for news of what’s to come.
