There's a new place to get epic sandwiches in Vancouver
It’s been a minute since a coffee shop/cafe produced sandwiches like this (we’re looking at you, 49th Parallel Coal Harbour), but finally, there’s some new ones on our radar.
Brand new Kitsilano spot Their There did tell us they would be focusing on a menu of savoury breakfast and lunch options, but we had no idea they’d be creating these drool-worthy morsels.

Located at 2042 West 4th Avenue, this spot has taken the former digs of Mission and has been a hot spot ever since its opening on July 1.
Aside from the uber cool interior and vibes, the coffee program, and a small wine and beer program, these sandwiches are something we can get seriously excited about.
We’ve seen a smoke meat variety, a combo of beef shoulder, fried egg, pickled cabbage, cheese, and mustard.
Oh, and did we mention there’s a new buttermilk fried chicken sandwich up for grabs during lunch too?
Made from caramelized onion jalapeño aioli, lettuce, and pickled cabbage, we are pretty pumped considering this is coming from the same team who brought us that stellar fried chicken from AnnaLena.
Other sandwiches include a pork Cubano and a classic breakfast sandwich of egg, cheddar, bacon, alfalfa sprouts, and sauce.
The fried chicken and pork Cubano are available daily from 11:30 am onwards, while the classic and smoked meat breakfast sandwiches can be ordered from opening.
