The Juice Truck to launch weekly vegan burger, shakes, and fries pop-up
It’s definitely a good time to be vegan, and you’re especially lucky if you’re a vegan in Vancouver.
Popular local juicery and cafe The Juice Truck will be teaming up with Vancouver’s TMRW Foods for a drool-worthy weekly event, and it starts this weekend.

The Juice Truck’s Main Street location will host a weekly pop-up kicking off March 9 from 11 am to 3 pm.
The menu for this weekend features a Korean BBQ Burger made with a TMRW Burger patty, gochujang ketchup, scallion mayo, kimchi, butter lettuce, and red onions on a potato bun from A Bread Affair.
There will also be a Classic Cheeseburger and a Bacon-Avocado-Feta variety up for order as well.
Pop-up attendees can expect other eats like tater tots, and a vegan mint chip shake.
