The parking lot on Richards and Georgia is now boarded up and the stores on the site will be closing soon as it demolish begins for the Telus Office tower and residential tower. Here is a rendering of what the two buildings will look like when complete.
This development will definitely breath new life into Richards Street. The office component will help with the outer edge of the city as workers will revitalize that part of town during the day.
