A teenager was arrested earlier this month after reportedly pulling a knife and holding it at a man’s throat.
The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) says that the victim was leaving a store in the 1300 blocks of Kingway, when he was “approached by a teenage boy he did not know.”
The man reportedly told the teen that he didn’t want to speak with him and continued to walk away.
