This year’s TEDxVancouver theme ‘TILT’ is about challenging the status quo, awakening curiosity and shifting perspectives. To celebrate the biggest TEDxVancouver event to date, they’re giving a weekend getaway package to Vancouver Island that includes flights, accommodations and a surprise adventure, along with two tickets to this year’s TEDxVancouver main event.
For the contest, they’re using the Generate app, created by Vancouver’s own Hybridity Media. By utilizing their new app Generate – available for free on Google Play and iOS – you’ll be able to combine and edit images or videos using an array of filters and image layering capabilities. How to play and enter
1. Download the Generate app for free from the iTunes Store or Google Play.
2. Snap a picture that shows a fear you have overcome (or want to overcome)! Show how TILT has or can spark change in your life.
3. Edit your shot in Generate and share to your social networks. Hashtag your picture with #TILTyvr and #Generate.
