
Whether you’re a huge jazz fan or just getting into it, there’s something for everyone at the 32nd annual TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
This year’s highlights include a new initiative called Spotlight on Italy, as well as the festival’s first-ever collaboration with the VSO, courtesy of Branford Marsalis.

Downtown Jazz Weekend
The TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival will play host to many talented acts during Downtown Jazz Weekend. Audiences will get a peek at the Georgia Plaza’s new redesign that will make for a more comfortable listening experience for all music lovers. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring old iPods and music players to donate to Music Heals.

Street closures will be in effect during Downtown Jazz Weekend so attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, or use public transportation to get to the events.

Ticket Information
For advance tickets, TicketFly has you covered for most of the events (or call 1.888.732.1682).
Tickets go off-sale at 3pm on the day of each show, but if the event is not sold out, tickets can still be purchased around an hour before showtime at the Will Call office at each venue.
There are a few special exceptions for select shows or club series shows. Check here for complete details.
Discounts and Passes
Want to save a little money? Purchasing tickets in advance is often cheaper than getting them at the door. For example:
Groups of 15 or more: Bring your friends, as groups of 15 or more will receive a 10% discount on tickets purchased before the day of the event. Your group can purchase tickets by calling 1.888.438.5200 ext 5.
65 or older? Jazz fans aged 65 or older will receive a 15% discount on tickets purchased before the day of the event (with a maximum of two tickets per person). You must pick up tickets in advance at the Coastal Office or at Will Call.
Special events: Tickets for North Shore Jazz events, Branford Marsalis & the VSO, The Turning Point Ensemble, and shows at the Kay Meek Centre can only be purchased through their respective ticketing sites. Visit coastaljazz.ca for direct links.
Roundhouse Performance Centre Pass ($32, service fees and taxes included): This pass allows access to all six events on Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2. Single set tickets for the Roundhouse Performance Centre events are available at the door only.
Innovation Series 3 Event Bundle ($46, service fees and taxes included): choose any three events from the Innovation Series – Ironworks & Ironworks Late Night. Bundles can be purchased by calling 1.888.438.5200 ext 5. Choose your events early as discounted tickets are limited.
