Tacofino just announced a Diablo Cookie Porter and we're freaking out
Tacofino’s been doing some pretty cool stuff lately.
First they gave one of their taco trucks a dreamy Millennial pink makeover, then they collaborated with 33 Acres to throw a beautiful beer-taco-feast-of-champions, and now they’ve topped off all of that by releasing something perfect for the colder weather Vancouver’s experiencing – a dessert-inspired winter beer.
This creation is not just your run-of-the-mill chocolate stout, it’s a Diablo Cookie Porter.
Think notes of vanilla, cayenne pepper, ginger, and cinnamon in a dark chocolatey porter – drinking your calories never sounded so good.
Tacofino, in collaboration with Superflux and Four Winds Brewing, custom-made this small-batch porter inspired by their widely-loved dessert, which has been on the menu since the brand’s inception in 2009.
This dreamy beverage will be available starting November 21 at Tacofino restaurants (Vancouver and Victoria), as well as Vancouver’s Strathcona Brewing Company, where Superflux creates their crafts.

Tacofino Gastown will be offering a tasting in Blood Alley Square on Tuesday, November 21 from 4 to 7 pm, so be sure to head there to be among the first to taste this treat for chocolate and beer lovers alike.
If you don’t get to try the Diablo Cookie Porter, rest assured knowing you’ll be able to get the cookies themselves at all Tacofino locations (trucks included) in both Vancouver and Victoria.
