Tacofino and Beetbox to launch limited-edition burrito for World Vegan Day

When it comes to dynamic duos, we think we’ve just discovered our new favourite in Vancouver: Tacofino and Beetbox are teaming up for a limited-edition offering for World Vegan Day on November 1.

Next month patrons can seek out the new “Not Today, Seitan” burrito at both Beetbox (1074 Davie Street) and Tacofino’s Gastown location (15 W Cordova Street) until November 7.

The feature is a combo of Beetbox’s signature breaded and fried seitan, pumpkin-seed macha, cashew-lime crema, white-cucumber kimchi, lettuce, and lime chilaquiles wrapped in a Tacofino flour tortilla.

So there you have it. Get this dish for $11 at either restaurant from November 1 to 7.
