Neighbourhood bakeries have a special place in our hearts. In Mount Pleasant, Swiss Bakery has been serving artisan bread to Vancouver families and restaurants since 1993. Dedicated to customer service, the Swiss Bakery team is proud of the long-term customer relationships it has cultivated over the years.
The bakery specializes in fresh, handmade, European-inspired baked goods. Its chefs also draw inspiration from local flavours to make everything under the umbrella of boulangerie, pâtisserie, and viennoiserie. Put simply, no baked goods are off-limits for the Swiss Bakery team to explore and create.
You can find everything from soups and sandwiches, to danishes, vegan German pretzels, doughnuts, bread, the bakery’s famous frissants (a mix between a flaky croissant and a deep-fried doughnut), crème brûlée croissants, cakes for any occasion, and much more on the menu.
All items from Swiss Bakery’s online store (including convenient bake-at-home frozen items like rolls, cookies, and danishes) are currently available to order for pickup or delivery. The bakery is also set to launch bake-at-home essential ingredients for your pantry soon.
