Vancouver has so many top-notch sushi spots and it just got a brand new one for you to try.

Sushi Kaido has soft opened at 189 E Broadway in Mount Pleasant, the former location of Bonchaz Bakery Cafe which closed last spring after a decade of operation.

The new Japanese joint has some affordable grub such as several bento boxes for $10-$16 for lunch and $13-$18 for dinner.

Sushi Kaido’s listed business hours were Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 9 pm, although during the soft opening that may vary.
