[UPDATED] Surrey woman missing since August sparks public appeal

UPDATE – November 16, 10 am: – Kathryn Cruickshank has been located

Police are asking for the public’s help to find a 31-year-old woman who was last seen in Surrey at the end of August.

Kathryn Cruickshank is described as Caucasian, with brown hair and green eyes. She is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.

Cruickshank has been known to frequent the Whalley area of Surrey, as well as Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, in the past.

Police say while Cruickshank has previously vanished for long periods of time without contacting her family, her absences are not normally this long.
