2 dead after morning house fire at medicinal cannabis grow-op in Surrey

Two people have died after an early-morning house fire in the City of Surrey today.

According to reports, the fire broke out at a licensed medicinal cannabis grow-op at 9488 163rd Street, around 7 am.
