Temperatures in the region will continue to hover at highs of around 20°C in the daytime until the middle of next week due to the development of a strong ridge of high pressure.

Over in the Fraser Valley and Squamish, highs of 26°C can be expected over the weekend while temperatures in Whistler could hit a balmy 27°C.
