Out with the old and in with the new — it’s nearly that time of year again to gather with friends and family and start the countdown to the calendar flip. Here are three great New Year’s Eve cocktails to raise for a toast as the ball drops and 2015 takes centre stage.
Shake gin, liqueur and peach purée* in a cocktail mixer pour in a large glass. Top with Jaume Serra Cava. Served at Boulevard with a house-made ‘Violette ice cube’.
Peel, pit, and purée the peaches in a food processor, then strain through a fine sieve. Refrigerate until cool.
Shake gin, lemon and sugar together in a cocktail shaker and double strain to a pre-chilled champagne flute. Top with Jaume Serra Cava and garnish with lemon peel.
Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice in small glass, top with soda and finish with a lemon peel garnish.
