New eatery Stock & Supply is launching soon at Delta Hotels By Marriott Vancouver Downtown Suites.
Set to operate on the lobby level of the downtown Vancouver hotel, Stock & Supply will offer patrons an ever-changing seasonal menu focused on local, sustainable eats, along with a selection of pre-set and make-your-own-board options.

The boards will offer eats like including fresh herb hummus, citrus spiced olives, baked garlic, warm baguette, and beer-infused mustard as a base, then folks can opt for additional meat and veggie options to add to their customized spread.
In addition to lunch and dinner service, weekend brunch and happy hour, Stock & Supply will also have a curated cocktail list and local wines for diners to enjoy.
“I wanted to create an inviting menu that felt modern and eclectic. I have designed the menu to encourage guests to be sociable and adventurous, with most items intended to be shared and small plates available for grazing,” said Executive Chef Mike Reid. “It was important to me that we are completely transparent with our guests; within our menu, we have highlighted the local producers we collaborate with and source from. Procuring locally sourced provisions is extremely important for my team and I to showcase our regional producers.”
Happy hour at this spot will be from 3 to 6 pm and 9 pm till late.
Stock & Supply is slated to open in early 2020, as early as mid-January, we’ll keep you posted when an official opening date is released.
