It’s been a few weeks since Starbucks’ first big beverage drop of the year, and now, the coffee giant has a new limited-time offering, based on a cozy baked good.

Inspired by the viral beverage trend, Starbucks is launching the Iced Banana Bread Matcha at locations across Canada for a limited time.

Combining unsweetened matcha with brown sugar syrup and milk over ice, the beverage is topped off with a velvety banana cream cold foam and a sprinkle of caramel crunch topping.

As well as its new sip, there’s also some good news for those with lactose intolerance, as from Feb. 10, Starbucks locations across the country will once again stock lactose-free milk. There won’t be an additional surcharge for choosing lactose-free milk.

Starting Feb. 9, Starbucks will also be serving up 1971 Roast, a new bold dark roast coffee blend to celebrate 50 years of roasting. The blend uses beans from Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil, and has notes of toasted sugar and walnut.
