The brewer hinted at some exciting plans for the space of the old Fish House at 8901 Stanley Park Drive, which closed its doors in 2015 after 25 years of service.
Now, the time has almost come for Vancouverites to experience the new space, concept, and vibes of the 10,600 sq ft. Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant and Brewpub, as the opening day is set for the end of the month.

While no changes were made to the building footprint in the new restaurant, there’s a lot of fresh stuff to look at (and eat and drink) at this revitalized spot, which will serve as a flagship home for Stanley Park Brewing Co.
The brewpub features a full-service menu, an 82-seat tasting room, a 68-seat outdoor deck, and a 40-seat outdoor patio too.
“We are thrilled to be introducing our new Restaurant & Brewpub into Stanley Park. Our concept celebrates the spirit of the park and will offer with high-quality good food and beverage options. We’re hoping that’ll allow us to attract new visitors to the park, all while being consistent with the integrity and lifestyle of the park and the historic landmark,” shared Doug Devlin, General Manager, Stanley Park Brewing Co. “We are also excited to confirm the The Joseph Richard Group will manage the food operations at this new property. With their long standing history and experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, they are the perfect partner for this project”.

Patrons can expect a 32 ft. log bar in the lounge along with 16 beer taps that will “highlight the Stanley Park Brewing beer family and small batch innovations.”
“We’re lucky to be able to immerse ourselves within the natural surroundings of Stanley Park, and I’m excited to be able to connect with customers one-to-one in our new home,” said Stanley Park Brewing Brewmaster, Thomas Riley. “To offer a steady flow of new Park inspired innovation and creativity from the Brewhouse is an opportunity we’ve waited a long time for, and I know our guests are really going to love!”

Along with retail space, growler fill ups, and an area for private functions, guests can enjoy a menu of eats brought to them by the Joseph Richard Group.
For grub think salads, soups, mains, handhelds, and everything in between. The menu looks like there will be something for everyone here.

This is all very exciting, especially considering this will be the first time there has been brewing in the park since 1897, when the original Stanley Park Brewery was operating there (no affiliation to Stanley Park Brewing co.).
Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant and Brewpub will officially be opening its doors Monday, July 29 at 11 am.
