Soft Cake Co launches fundraiser to support Asian communities

Vancouver dessert maker Soft Cake Co has launched a fundraiser to support Asian communities — a sweet gesture in more ways than one.
All proceeds from Soft Cake Co’s bun sales from now until June will be donated to support the following organizations:
The Vancouver-based, woman-owned business is offering four soft, pillowy buns for pre-order as a part of the fundraiser.
Folks can enjoy a single for $6 or a four-pack for $22. Flavours include an Ube Bun with taro filling, a Pandan Bun with mung bean filling, a Thai Tea Bun with coconut filling, and a Matcha Bun with black sesame filling.
All buns come with cream cheese glaze as well.

To order these treats for yourself, direct message Soft Cakes’ Instagram account with your preferred number of buns and the flavour.
After that, you’ll be prompted to pay via e-transfer and you should be contacted three days before your order is ready for pick-up with more details.
Contact-free delivery can be arranged on weekends with a minimum order of six rolls if you’re in Vancouver.
Pick-up will be happening closer to the end of March and in April.
