Good news powder hounds! Vancouver’s North Shore mountains could be about to get the snowfall we’ve all be waiting for, with up to 97 cm set to fall by Friday.

According to the latest On The Snow report, Mt. Seymour, Grouse Mountain, and Cypress Mountain are all set to get slammed this week.

Cypress is set to get 36 cm of snow this week and Grouse Mountain is set for 64 cm. Meanwhile, Mt. Seymour could see 97 cm of the glorious white stuff fall by Friday.

All of that is more snow than Whistler Blackcomb is anticipated to get, with only 26 cm expected to fall up there by Friday.

Whether you ski, snowboard, or just want to make snow angels, that sounds like a great excuse for a sick day to us. See you up there!
