Some parts of Metro Vancouver saw snow on Sunday as temperatures dipped across the region.

Residents in Coquitlam snapped pictures of the snow as it dusted streets at higher elevations.

Environment Canada called for light rain or wet flurries in Metro Vancouver, with precipitation staying as rain closer to the water.

Keep the snow boots handy, because there are more flurries in the forecast beginning Monday evening.
