Silk’s owner Gary Sidhu spent almost five years travelling the globe in search of the perfect pieces for the space, and it’s clear to see he’s been successful at making it look and feel one of a kind.
While this spot has been low-key open for a few months, the grand opening was on April 26 and the team at the eatery is ready to show Vancouver what they have to offer.
Tuesday to Thursday from 5:30 to 10 pm and Friday to Sunday from 4 pm to Midnight, Silk is sure to turn into an evening and late night hotspot in no time.
