Shoppers Drug Mart now offers priority access to frontline healthcare workers

Shoppers Drug Mart has implemented priority access for frontline healthcare workers in response to COVID-19.
The Canadian retail pharmacy chain will now provide additional services for healthcare workers, including entrance to the store and pharmacy drop off and pick up at the front cash.
Frontline healthcare workers are asked to show identification in order to use these new policies.

Shoppers announced last month that it would be dedicating its first hour of shopping in all stores to the elderly and people living with disabilities.
In addition to this, during this first hour of shopping, the 20% Seniors Day discount will be offered on regular priced items as well. This will be in addition to Seniors Days on Thursdays.
Starting tomorrow, as a token of our appreciation, we’re providing priority access for Frontline Healthcare workers. This includes entrance to the store, pharmacy drop off and pick up and at our front cash, with identification of your role. pic.twitter.com/PjU8pMaxEB
