Sharpen your digital marketing skills at the CIMC

Join hundreds of professionals and business owners at Western Canada’s biggest Marketing and PR event – The Change in the Making Conference (CIMC).

This industry-focused event is taking place in Squamish on April 5 and 6. The CIMC has been held in Canada for the last three years as the Canadian Internet Marketing Conference, selling out every year.

Darian Kovacs of Jelly Marketing and Christian Thomson of Marwick Internet Marketing first started the conference to teach people how to use PR and digital marketing tools effectively.

Now that it’s under a new name, the pair wants CIMC attendees to have a chance to learn directly from industry leaders.

“We realized that internet marketing is crossing the threshold of so many industries, and what we thought was strictly an internet marketing event has evolved to involve public relations, influencer campaigns, and so many other areas of traditional marketing,” says Kovacs.

“We’re putting measures in place to ensure every session will have three practical takeaways as each speaker had to submit three key learning objectives for their talks,” says Kovacs.

By partnering with Granted, Jelly Marketing has made it financially possible for anyone interested to attend. By applying for the BC Jobs Grant, you could get up to two-thirds of your conference costs covered for you and your staff.

To qualify, the business must be registered as a business entity with the BC registrar for at least one year and must have new or existing staff to send to CIMC 2017.
