Seorae Korean BBQ is FINALLY re-opening on March 16

Korean BBQ king Seorae opened its first North American restaurant in Richmond back in September 2018.

After closing last August for renovations, the popular chain is finally almost ready to open its 115-5668 Hollybridge Way locationt.

The brand is wildly popular overseas and is known for having the number one skirt meat BBQ in Korea, aka “Galmaegisal.”

Seorae describes their meat as the perfect combination of tenderness and juiciness from a part of the animal that contains a minimal amount of fat, and people go nuts for it.

“A fully grown pig or cow produces only 250 grams of such meat. It is so good and so rare, that this meat was reserved only for the palates of monarchs and royal families,” their site reads.

Seorae was founded in South Korea in 2007 and has since expanded to have 288+ locations around the world.
