Salchicha brings tasty meat-filled sandwiches to Granville Street

Located at 1065 Granville Street, Salchicha Meat Bar is the latest eatery to open its doors along downtown’s colourful strip.

Modern in design, the causal haunt features a meat-centric menu. With flavours that are inspired by the fusion of North African and Middle Eastern cuisine, Salchicha, which takes its name from the Spanish word for sausage, offers panini on freshly baked bread, loaded with premium, free range, additive-free meat, topped with the eatery’s very own custom sauces.

In addition to offering cold cuts, like Roast Beef, Chicken Pastrami, Capicola Ham, Smoked Turkey, the kitchen also prepares their own homemade Merguez sausages and complimentary pickles, which are served with every order.
