I mean, who else would you want to greet you when you arrive in beautiful Vancouver, besides two beautiful Canadian gents such as Ryan Reynolds and Ryan Gosling? Even in cardboard form, the hunky actors are drawing smiles from travellers passing through YVR Airport.

The paper-based duo are part of a Canada 150 celebration display set up at the airport. YVR warned us to “get ready” for their celebration, but the Ryans are certainly a delightful bonus, no?
The display also includes peak Canada items like a “cold beer” sign, lots of maple leafs, a Muskoka chair (aka Adirondack chair), and hockey gear (eh!). Oh…and a moose, of course.
But it’s the Ryan-squared that are the big draw here. And even though we can’t touch the display, that never stops a well-positioned selfie moment.
Happy birthday, Canada, the true north strong and free AND home of the Ryans.
