FEATURED EVENTS IN YOUR CITY

Get ready to do the Time Warp… again, Vancouver.

America’s favourite cult classic films, The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be screening at the Rio Theatre on October 27, October 31, and November 2.

The film follows two young lovers, Brad and Janet, who set out to visit their old teacher. On the way there, their car breaks down and they’re forced to walk to a creepy castle up the road to find a phone. Instead of finding a phone, they find a mad scientist/”sweet transvestite from Transylvania,” who has chosen to bring his own creation to life.

What’s going to make the event even better is that members of Vancouver’s Geekenders will be on hand to guide the audience through this live show.

As always, costumes and audience participation are highly encouraged. But please, do NOT throw any rice.

And yes, prizes will be given out!
