Everything we ate at North America's largest night market on opening night

North America’s largest night market, the Richmond Night Market, made its official return on April 25, and with it came many delicious new and returning eats to enjoy.
So, of course, we had to head down and check out the many different food and drink vendors attending this year’s market.
This year will also see the return of its popular Summer Happy Hour, featuring special food and drink deals all under $10.
