A Retro Gaming Expo is coming to Metro Vancouver in June

It’s time to get your game on.

On June 22, the Anvil Centre in New Westminster will play host to this year’s Vancouver Retro Gaming Expo, and gamers of all ages are invited to come check it out.

According to the event’s organizers, the event is modelled after similar events in other cities, and “basic elements” such as vendors, gaming, tournaments, and panels, which are then “spiced up a bit” through various other attractions such as licensed venue, “awesome old-school musical performances,” special guests, and other gaming-themed entertainment “unique to the Vancouver area.”

This year’s event takes place from 11 am to 9 pm, and pre-registration is now open, valid for entry at 11 am. Tickets will also be available at the door from around 11:30am (once pre-reg attendees are in) at the same price.
