These Vancouver homes are currently listed for under $450,000

High housing prices in Metro Vancouver are never a pretty sight, especially when it makes the thought of buying property feel impossible. But despite the economic crisis caused by the pandemic, home sales in the region have still managed to spike.

Data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) showed a strong rebound in national home sales and new listings in August, not to mention an increase in home sales by Greater Toronto, Metro Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley.

If you look hard enough, there are still (relatively) affordable listings to be found. Zoocasa has compiled a list of several Vancouver properties under $450,000 that are on the market right now.
