These Vancouver homes are currently listed for under $400,000
High housing prices in Metro Vancouver are never a pretty sight, especially when it makes the thought of buying property feel impossible. And even with the ongoing pandemic, home sales in Metro Vancouver saw a major increase during the last month of 2020.
According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), sales volumes in December were 53.4% higher than they were in the same month in 2019.

“Robust December sales outpaced long-term averages in what’s traditionally the quietest month of the year in real estate,” said REBGV chair Colette Gerber in a statement.
If you look hard enough, however, there are still (relatively) affordable listings to be found. Zoocasa has compiled a list of several Vancouver properties under $400,000 that are on the market right now.
