This Rainbow Bun is filled with rainbow coloured vanilla pastry cream is available from July 5 through August 5 for $7. One dollar from every Rainbow Bun purchased will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

Gotham Steakhouse’s Pride Cocktail is called PRIDECAR and it’s available for Pride Week from July 29 to August 4.

Toacador’s Pride cocktail will be served in a flamingo glass, and it’s made with coconut oil-infused Rum, white vermouth, rainbow ice, lemon juice, red currant syrup, house-made geranium perfume, and a mango butter straw.

Temper Chocolate and Pastry is celebrating Pride Week with two new colourful dessert items available for purchase from July 29 until August 4. Enjoy a six-piece box of rainbow chocolate domes for $16. For every box of chocolate domes sold, $1 will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation. You can also choose any cake flavour and Temper Pastry will glaze the cake in a rainbow theme.

H Tasting Lounge has introduced a signature drink just in time for Pride. The Freedom Fizz is $15 and features rum, spiced vanilla syrup, lemon juice, soda, and vegan foamer. A tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots in New York, where this year’s WorldPride festival was held. Available from August 3 to 31, proceeds from drink sales will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

Tacofino is offering a Pride-themed cocktail feature, ‘Te Amo’ at all Tacofino Restaurants from August 2 to August 4. Two dollars from each cocktail sold throughout the weekend will be donated to Vancouver Friends for Life Society and Foundation of Hope.

Chef Masahiro and his team have created a special Pride Roll with snow crab, green bean, corn and edamame on the inside of the roll, plus cracker crumbs, bell pepper, zucchini, purple yam, and sweet soy-braised tofu curd. This unique roll is $19 and $1 from each roll sale will be donated to Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation. This feature will be available from July 29 to August 4.

Juke’s two locations will offer a feature cocktail custom, Inspired by and named after popular Canadian drag queen and friend of Juke’s, the ‘Raye Sunshine’ mingles Cointreau, Odd Society bittersweet vermouth, grapefruit juice, and sparkling wine. The cocktail will be offered for $9 exclusively for Pride weekend with partial proceeds from each cocktail being donated directly to Rainbow Refugee, a local community group that supports people seeking refugee protection in Canada because of persecution based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or HIV status.

Chef Josef of Fable Diner has created a special recipe that is great for home-cooks for Pride Week. This colourful/rainbow-themed gnocchi dish will also be featured at Fable Diner for the weekend of Pride (August 2 to 4). This delicious item is $17 and $2 from each dish will be donated to Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

At ARC at the Fairmont Waterfront, the Pride cocktail to try is the ‘Butterfly Kisses’ made with Prosecco, lemon juice, and honey syrup from the hotel’s bees, and gin infused with butterfly pea flowers by Wayward Distillation House for $18.

The Teahouse will be featuring a special house-made dessert for Pride Week (July 29 to August 4). Created by Pastry Chef Noel Singh, the Fruit Loop layer cake with buttercream and mirror glaze topped with meringues. The dessert is $11.50 each and $2 from each dessert sale will be donated to local charity, Rainbow Refugees.
