Prada Vancouver flagship prepares to launch in Luxury Zone

Dec 20 2017, 3:20 am

As reported in earlier this year, and the topic of much speculation, Vancouver’s soon-to-launch Prada flagship is coming to the corner retail space of The Carlyle – a luxury complex at the southeast corner of Alberni Street and Thurlow Street.

The construction hoarding on the new Prada has been designed to reflect the European elegance of this legendary brand and is perfectly situated across from the newly launched cashmere-centric Brunello Cucinelli and Medusa branded Versace. The legendary brand will also locate next to upscale brands Tory Burch and De Beers, as well as a number of other luxury brands which are associated with Vancouver’s “Luxury Zone.”

The immediate area features luxury stores, including the newly opened 7,000 square foot Dior and Dior Homme, Burberry, Escada, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Montblanc, and jewellers Lao Feng Xiang.

The Vancouver store will feature men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, as well as footwear and accessories. Prada has declined to provide official comments regarding this store, except to say that more information will be revealed closer to the Vancouver store’s opening date.
