A home in the West Point Grey neighbourhood of Vancouver was just relisted for the fifth time in two years.

According to Zealty, 4778 Drummond Dr. was first listed on March 26, 2024, for $22,680,000. That listing expired in January 2025, but was subsequently relisted for the same price that same month.

That second listing was terminated in April 2025, before being relisted that same week. It also received a price reduction, coming down to $19,836,000.

Zillow data shows that the listing was also terminated in September 2025 and relisted in September 2025 with another price drop to $17,980,000. It was relisted again this month for the same asking price.

The current asking price puts it below the most recent assessed value of the home, which is $18,384,000. The listing calls this home the “Creme de la creme,” so let’s find out why.

The front entrance of the home features a well-landscaped garden area with a fountain that appears to flourish in the spring with cherry blossom trees.

According to the listing, the concrete and “lavish” home features eight bedrooms and a whopping 13 bathrooms. The listing refers to the home as a “luxurious mansion” with gorgeous mountain and ocean views, with over 38,000 sq. ft. of land. The listing goes on to say that the home won numerous Georgie Awards.

Some of the luxurious amenities include a library, a movie theatre, a rec room, a wet bar, and a primary suite that occupies the entire third floor.

Some of the photos of the interior show a lavishly decorated space, including a taxidermy polar bear.

The in-home “library” looks like a great place to wind down or study.

Meanwhile, the theatre looks functional and comfortable, if not a little devoid of homely warmth.

The home also features a five-car attached garage with a heated circular driveway.

In one of the rooms of the Point Grey home, there appears to be a sunroom of sorts, featuring an interestingly located in-ground hot tub.

The listing indicates that the West Point Grey home is approximately 30 years old and was last sold back in 2014 for $15,850,000 — not a whole lot more than the current asking price.

Zealty data shows that only a handful of properties have sold for over $15 million in Metro Vancouver over the past 12 months.
