A glittering holiday lights drive-thru event is coming to Vancouver this weekend.

PNE is presenting a new holiday celebration, PNE WinterLights – A Magical Journey to Santa, for families and friends to enjoy Christmas safely from their vehicles.

Although the events and gatherings ban has been extended in BC, health officials have permitted drive-in, drive-thru, and drop-off events.

This event features a 2 km holiday drive-thru featuring carols, lights, live performances, and seasonable refreshments. Nine special holiday-themed lands such as The Polar North, The Teddy Bear Brigade and Candy Cane Lane will feature larger-than-life characters and glowing fixtures on this magical journey to Santa.

“Throughout 2020, the PNE has succeeded in producing first-class, family-friendly experiences that allow people throughout the region to celebrate in a safe way,” says PNE President and CEO Shelley Frost.

PNE WinterLights will take place on select weekends and days from December 12 to 27. Visitors must have tickets purchased online in advance for a specific time slot through TicketLeader.ca.
