The Pacific National Exhibition unveiled what they are calling one of the most popular PNE Prize Homes in recent years. The spectacular 3,080 square foot contemporary home was inspired by the views from the lake view lot in beautiful Naramata, British Columbia where it will be relocated after the Fair.
“This home is unlike anything we’ve done before, and we anticipate it will be extremely popular with our guests,” says PNE President and CEO Mike McDaniel. “The Prize Home is a very important part of our annual Fair and its history, and to be able to offer such an incredibly beautiful home as part of the Prize Home Lottery is very exciting.”
The PNE has selected Karoleena, the award-winning premium modular homebuilder based in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, to design and build the beautiful, modern and technologically advanced 2015 Prize Home. Built for LEED Gold registration, Karoleena’s innovative home will be relocated to its permanent lake view lot in Naramata, British Columbia, following the 2015 Fair at the PNE.

We think the Prize Home meets this goal.”
The 2015 PNE Prize Home features three bedrooms, expansive windows, top of the line finishes, home automation and an impressive living green roof.
The 2015 Grand Prize Home Package is valued at over $2.1 million.
